Contact

MyIA is built and run by Machina Intelligence, in Bologna, Italy. It is in development and available by invitation.

Reaching a person

hello@machina-intelligence.com — for anything: an invitation, a bug, a question about your data, or a request to have it deleted.

Something wrong with your data

You can export or delete everything yourself from Settings, at any time, without asking. If you would rather someone did it for you, or you want to know what is held about you before deciding, write to the address above. See Privacy for what is stored and where.

Something wrong with the software

Worth reporting immediately: anything sent, written or deleted that you did not approve. That is the one guarantee MyIA makes, and a failure of it is more urgent than any other bug.

Company details

Machina Intelligence is not yet a registered company, so there is no VAT number or company registration to publish here. This page becomes a full imprint when there is. Nothing is being charged for MyIA in the meantime.
